Delivery Information
Free Delivery to Mainland UK
All appliance deliveries to mainland UK are delivered free of charge via FedEx or our dedicated team of delivery experts.
Our deliveries come with two primary service levels:

One-Man to the Doorstep: For some deliveries, a single delivery person will bring the item(s) to your doorstep.

Two-Man Inside the Property: In other cases, a two-person team will bring the item(s) into your property.
Please refer to your sales order document for the specific delivery service assigned to your order. If you are expecting a different service, kindly notify us ahead of time.
Palletised Delivery to Certain Postcodes
For specific postcode areas, deliveries may only be available via a basic palletised delivery system. In these cases, the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point. Please note that these deliveries do not include any additional services.
Delivery Partners
Our deliveries may be conducted by our own team or by a third-party company acting on our behalf. The details of this will be outlined in your sales order document.
Safe Access
Please be aware that safe access to the property is at the discretion of the driver, who reserves the right to refuse delivery if the access is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, according to health and safety regulations.

Inside Property Deliveries: These are generally limited to the ground floor. In certain instances, a pre-delivery survey or questionnaire may be required to assess access issues.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, a re-delivery charge may apply, depending on your postcode and the service level.
Service Area
Our delivery services are available only to mainland UK unless otherwise specified on your sales order document.
What’s Not Included
Unless explicitly stated on your sales order document, the following services are not included:

Unpacking of goods

Removal of doors or packaging

Fitting/installation of items
-
Removal of old appliances for recycling

Deliveries will only be made to the address listed on the sales order document.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates are provided as estimates and may be subject to change. We recommend not scheduling third-party contractors until you have received confirmation of the actual delivery date.
Typical delivery times are within 2 – 5 business days; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Any updates regarding your delivery will be communicated by both phone and email as soon as we have the information.
Damage Notification
We ask that you carefully inspect your items upon delivery. Should there be any visible damage, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Even if you don’t intend to install the items immediately and plan to store them, please inspect them immediately and report any damage within the same time frame. We are unable to process claims for damage reported beyond this period or once the items have been handled by a third party.
If a third party accepts the delivery on your behalf, they will be responsible for unpacking and inspecting the goods before signing for them. We cannot accept damage claims once the goods have been handled by any third party.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damage as part of your claim process.
